sheet wood
[probably best to post it here.]
Hello!
My printing machine limits me to wood that is about 7mm or so thick, So I have to cut it in slices with a bandsaw.
Even with my thicknesser it’s a pain.
To put it bluntly oak+ my bandsaw= broken blade ( I have a very small saw). What I would love to do is just to have to cut it into shapes without slicing it first. I have would use plywood, but my business is eco friendly and so it has to be real wood.
Two ideas I had where to
a) get real oak flooring, but I think you can only get it minimum 14mm thick?
b) I have heard of places that use sheet real wood material, do you know of any?<o></o>
Thank you very much.

mate if you are doing well, and donating part of the profits to the kent wildlife fund ,then buy yourself a new bandsaw, you are obviously doing a good job of it so why not improve business with a new saw,you will thank yourself for it,and it wont take long to pay for itself. congrats on a great product, and idea ,keep up the good work and good luck .bob
