Default What to do with slabs

Just wondering what the best option would be for the silky oak slabs i cut over 2 years ago. The tree was lightning struck (took out my TV,modem and stereo, and cost me $50 for the tree trimmers to throw them over the fence (would have gone into their chipper otherwise!!), then had a mate slab them. Luckily the lightning only damaged the top of the tree, so the thick stuff at the bottom was fine.

There are 4x 100mm rough sawn (lucas), 2.4m-3.2m in length, 300mm+ wide. Also loads of odd bits from the sides and leftovers. Should i keep em whole till i think up a project, or cut them to some standard size (and what would that be??)
PS, no i dont want to sell any of it.
    Cheers
    Benja
