    Default Spalted Coastal Banksia

Check this out! 2 years in the making.....played around with some coastal banksia to see if I could get some spalted colour to add to the already amazing texture/figure....thoughts...I will now veneer and see how it is to work with.

Sorry, I don't know anything about veneering. But I sure know what I like, and that is fantastic! Will be interested to see how it turns out. The two years in the making - was that just waiting, or did you do something with the timber during that time?

    Cheers, Gary

Looks good, they will make some nice panels.
Did you do something to promote the spalting ?

Not really....kept it dry enough to allow a little moisture now and then to assist in the process.
