Spalted Quilted Maple
Hi all,
Would anyone know where I can get some of this? Anywhere is fine with me, but somewhere round Bahstan Massachussetts would be great.
Regards and Thanks in advance,
Rob

Hi Rob, go to this site http://mgorrow.tripod.com/links2.html and then to his links page 2 and check out the wood suppliers.
Cheers

I get my Spalted Maple from the folks at http://www.nicefigures.com/. They have some very interesting burl and figured timber. They're in North Carolina so a bit south of "Bahstan" but I'm sure they'll ship.
Bob
P.S. Be careful if driving in Bahstan. Best to paak ya caa!

Thanx RamNc,
I'll pass that to my friend.
I lived in Bahstan for 5 years, worked at a little place called Haavaad.
Are you aware of the law of Conservation of Consonants?
When a Bostonian "paahks his cahh", the redundant "r" travels southwest to Houston, so a Texan can "Warsh his carr".
Regards and thanks again,
Rob

Sadly, I am aware of what you write. I am originally from Louisiana and I also add "r"s in inappropriate places. My friends in NC love to have me give directions to Warshinton DC.
I was just in Melbourne (July 27 - August 7). Stayed in Kew Junction area. Beautiful city, wierd football , great people!
