    Default Possible Supplier?

I've been given the name of a timber merchant in Sydney. C.S. Chadwick, at Smithfield.
All I know is the name, I was wondering if anyone has had dealings with the company. You know the drill Price, service, quality yadda yadda yadda.

And remember what ya momma told ya, if ya can't say sumpthin' nice, P.M.
    Boring signature time again!

    Hi Outback,

Don't know what you're lookin' for but I would have thought that unless it's an imported exotic , the last place you would want to go is the big smoke

I find that little saw mills - even one man bands are by far better, give great service and contribute a lot more to your knowledge than any of the so-called experts at timber yards. OK there are exceptions everywhere but I haven't found a guy that isn't 10 times more helpful who's working in a small mill.

Guess that's just my experience FWIW.

Haven't tried Chadwicks, but Mathews at St. Mary's are quite good on all counts.
