Gray Ironbark
I thought I would ask in here first before I start to make endless phone calls.
Need some Gray Ironbark, the wider the boards the better. If anybody has or knows where some is It would be great if you could let me know
Think i should get some extra sets of blades in too.
Cheers,
Kev

Gray Ironbark
Was looking for the same stuff myself Kev, but in large section. Went for a drive out to Strathewen, just north of Melb. and the guys at "Add The Beauty Of Timber" had heaps of it. Picked up some nice posts and beams (12x12),and noticed that they also resaw the stuff to any size you like. Phone number is (03)97148859. Good luck.

Thanks Guys,
It turned out to be not as hard to get hold of as I first thought, in fact there seems to be quite a bit of it around at the moment. I needed quotes on a cubic meter of the stuff for a job that I have quoted.
Funny thing is, a customer came in to my shop this week to see if i would be interested in do some work for him, he would supply the timber......Gray Ironbark. It turns out he's getting from a chap who milling and drying his own timber, who is practically on my door step.
Cheers,
Kev
