Sydney Blue Gum
I have some sydney blue gum left over from my flooring. Is it a good idea to use the off cuts as garden edging? how long will it last in the groung?
your help with this wil be greatly appreciated

I cannot answer your question about how long it will last in the ground but it is probably too good to be used for that purpose.

if you have enough,glue it together to make a small coffee table or some other type of furniture. too good for the garden

It is not at all resistant to termite or borer attack and is rated as class 3 for durability, which means it is not all that durable.

Will also attract termites towards the house. Those beasties don't need any extra invites.
