I sent the photo to a Thai cook in Thailand,
and they said they weren't sure from the photo.
So I'm guessing the answer is - not sure.

My guess:
pla tort sam rot - three flavour fried fish - sweet, sour, spicy
Green curry in the bowl,
Tom yung gung shrimp soup in the metal charcoal cooker and Beer Chang served over ice.
