Timber sealer
Is there an inexpensive medium to seal timber.....at the moment I have been using water based house paint, hoping that it will stop the cracks. I have heard of Anchorseal, but is it available in OZ and how expensive is it?...Any advice would be appreciated, Regards......AL

I used Mobil-cer M for 20 years until Mobil disappeared a couple of years ago. Now using a Caltex product called log end sealer. Most Petroleum companies manufacture their own brand.
It's available in 20 litre drums from the distributor in your area. I decant it into 2 litres bottles for my own use. You can have 2 litres for $12 but probably a little awkward to freight.Kev
