    Default Timber Slabs in Gladstone/Bundaberg/Rockhampton region

    Hi,

    I am new to Gladstone and new to this forum. Does anyone know where around Gladstone/Rockhampton/Bundaberg region i can obtain timber slabs? Am after something nice to build a rocking chair. Just finished a TV cabinet out of Tasmanian Blackheart Sassafras. Beautiful timber, but i had to get it shipped from Tassie. Hoping to source something more local for rocking chair.

    I have a variety of different types of Slabs and cut Boards , I live near Emu Park.
