Who the hell was the store in question???
If you don't want to post it here email me. [email protected]
All our distributors are supplied with enough info sheets to cover all the products they have in stock.

Neil.. to be fair to you, when I purchased the EEE, traditional wax AND Shellawax, I was not even offered MSD sheet for any of the products. and that was from Carb-a-tech in Richmond.
KevI try and do new things twice.. the first time to see if I can do it.. the second time to see if I like it

Kev - These are info sheets on how to use the product not MSDS's. No one hands out an MSDS unless speciffically requested. An MSDS is usually reserved for people who handle the goods in bulk (freight companies, storage facilities, retalers, etc) although we do supply them to govt departments, schools, etc. I doubt weather most re sellers could furnish an MSDS for more than 2% of the thousands of products they have on sale.
We don't expect that a distributor give the info sheets out with each sale, many purchasers don't need them as they are long time users, however I would expect that when asked for one they should know what they are and where they can be found, then hand it over without hesitation.
This is why we deal with specialty shops and not Bunnings or Mitre 10 etc.
