Veneer supplies in Melbourne SE suburbs? Bamboo, Paulownia
After some 1.0-2.0 mm veneer to vacuum bag over a surfboard blank. Paulownia would be great but have only been able to find it 3mm+. Bamboo seems to have more options but no idea where to check some out. I'm in Carnegie

For thin stock (1mm, 1.5mm, ...) check out the Laserply range from Plyco in Fairfield.

Rabster, the prices at Plyco are exceptional. Half of what I pay here!

Most commercial veneer is cut to 0.6mm thickness. If you want 1.0-2.0mm then it might require a special order. Order quantity rules might apply.
Suggest that you work down woodpixel's list, always asking "who else should I talk to?" - they know their industry best.

I listed only the Melbourne ones I know off the top of my head. There are a few board manufacturers, plus a good many more elsewhere in Oz
