Artisans and wood-turners will be able to bid for native forest timber at the Kelmscott annual show later this month.
It is the first time native timber such as jarrah, sandlewood, banksia, marri, blackbutt and sheoak will be auctioned at the show. Saturday 23 October - 1 PM at Rushton Park on River Road.
All timber will be available for inspection from 10 AM. A catalogue will be available online at www.fpc.wa.gov.au
