Most water resistant deck finish
Apart from the obvious answer of a roof ), I am looking for a sealer I can use on an external Tallowwood Deck floor that has the most water repellent properties. That is, will stop the water from penetrating and seeping through the timber. Is there such a thing as an external clear epoxy you can walk on available in Australia? Any suggestions?
Thanks

I'm laying a tallowwood floor my self, on gal steel joists, for my deck , cause I'm part way through the project I've not sealed it as yet, it rained for a few days, and it has leached colour on to the joists. I'm also keen to see what responses you get, I'd like to seal asap, you have saved me asking the question myself! Also check the renovate forums, it was good when researching on deck building and using no nail fasteners.
