Smile How far will a wood worker go for a bit of wood??

Yep that me with the chain saw!!

these were taken a few months ago, it is now sitting in the shed cut up into 32 and 45mm boards, drying. by the way its english oak.

I was old that i can be a sod to dry, they were right, surface checks warping and spliting. Evend when covered with old tarps in an enclosed shed. still i should be able to recover a lot of timber.

I was asked by the owner of the tree to remove this limb as over a few years the big girl had started to get a real lean up, and they were at risk of loosing the entire tree.

He must have left the cut proof pants and safety harness at home with the ear muffs.

He's a digger mate. No concern for anything whatsoever except getting all that fine wood into his shed.

Timber not much good once blind/legless/faceless, or, maybe dead. IMHO, dickhead.

Agree with Tassie(not the dickhead part tho!) could at least been wearing safety glasses/face shield and appropiate gear.
