I saw the Triton bandsaw at the TWWW show today. Looked good and I was very impressed with how quiet it was.

No matter what the project, now that you have a Band Saw, I highly recommend you invest the few dollars to get either "The Bandsaw Handbook" by Mark Dudinsky, or the Taunton DVD on Bandsaws, also by Mark. Of the 2, the DVD is the easiest to get through.
The DVD should make a huge difference in the speed you take to master your Bandsaw.

Triton used to have a free plan for a letterbox, but it seems to have gone
(Used to be at http://www.triton.com.au/projects/beg/b07.html). Maybe ring them, and see if they'll email/post ??
It was one of my early projects, but once completed SWMBO didn't like it, and went and bought a cheap crappy folded metal one.
You could try the free plans from Mitre 10, or

Google - try mailbox as well as letter box and post box.
