Default Some basic questions about using the Triton Router

    Hi guys

I have been building a 'Quicky' Router table for the TRA001. I have mounted the router under the table but am finding the height adjustment difficult. Or rather when using the rack and pinion wheel, I can't budge it at all. I tried taking out the spring and the depth lock is not on. It works fine in HH mode. What am I doing wrong?

Also I seem to have forgotten how to use the router in plunge mode when hand held?

    Wizer,

Check the Depth Stop Rod. There is a button that releases the Steel rod which extends down to the 3 Depth Stops (The one's that you can rotate for different stops).

I have accidently pressed the release button and this causes the stop rod to extend.

If this rod is resting on the stops...press the release button and push the rod back into the body of the router.

    Hope this makes sense..

    Cheers
    Skot
