Bosch GKS 235 for triton 2000? Ideas?
Hi there everyone,
First time here and I am busy collecting all the triton gear I can get my hands on. So I am now at a point where I need the power tools. I can get a new TS01 9 1/4" for $240 or the new model 9 1/4" for $299 on e-bay as I am sure you all know. There is carbatec too at a little more with peice of mind included.
I am very happy with Bosch Blue Pro range and have found at Bunnings the above model for the $250 mark I think it was. Does anyone have any experience with this saw in the Triton 2000 Saw bench?
Can anyone recomend something suitable other than the old Triton saw? the bosch cuts deeper in all angles and I know it will last for ever with a 3 yr warrenty.
I have been told through an e-bay seller that it does not fit the Triton bench but I wanted to check the wealth of knowledge here too as i am needing a saw asap this week. I have the older 2000 version and am also looking to upgrade the saw chasis for through the table adjustment so i will have both chasis to play with.
thanks
grant
