G'day every one,

I am new to this site and a fairly old triton user and now demonstrator. As a demonstrator I service the Sunshine Coast.
I live in Caboolture about one hour drive north of Briss.
I saw from reading a previous thread a new club has been formed in Norht Brisbane, meeting at bunnies, Carseldine.
Would anyone have an email adress or phone number. I was feeling rather isolated up here and a bit jealous about all these fantastic clubs down south, if no one knows I'll call Triton or our Queensland triton rep.
I must say I feel I am in heaven coming across this website, where all these ideas are just flowing freely, so as from now I'll be putting my two bob in as well. I suggested in a letter to Gordon Heggie he should put this thread in the next Triton times as well as the newly planned mini-zine. Up here you are so out of touch with what is happening. Keep it flowing.

If you don't have any luck , contacting Bunnies at Carseldine would surely give you results, I drive past there daily so if I have a minute I will call in an do some investigating.

Thanks Shane, where are you living, obviously in Brissie some where. Looks like you are a regular on this forum. Have we met maybe at some demo or owners night. Do you go to that Triton club?

Yeah I am in Brisi & yeah you could say I am a regular on this Bulletin Board being a super moderator and all

I doubt we have ever met but ya just never know. I don't own any of the orange stuff and have never gone percifically to see a demo anywhere. & no I am in no triton club. What I pay for my machinery would buy several dozen tritons :eek:

Have you had any luck tracking any information down yet?

Oh Shane, you are one of those!!!! Way beyond us simple triton maniacs (well meant of course, more like a compliment).
No i havn't gone any further with my inquiries yet. I'll ring Carseldine next week some time. Snowed under at the moment.

I'm more than a moderator but not quite an administrator...that is in relation to this bulletin board anyway.

Hi Filip,

I just sent you a reply but it bounced because of an attachment that wasn't liked.

Anyway, the club is meeting this Tuesday (16/9) at Bunnies at Carseldine at 6.00pm. I think we are having the Triton demonstrator but I don't know for sure as the latest newsletter hasn't arrived yet. I tried to send you a copy of the July newsletter but the system doesn't like adobe (pdf) files apparently. If you want to reply with your email address I can send it to you.

Hi,

Be good to see you. Just one thing, I have just received the latest newletter and due to a "Ladies night" being held at Bunnies this Tuesday, they have moved our Triton meeting to Wednesday night. Same time, same place ie Bunnings Carseldine, 6.00pm approx.

I forgot to give you my email adress. [email protected], but I'll understand if you want to wait untill wednesday.
Will you be there. By the way I wouldn't mind sitting in on the ladies night if that is possible, purily for learning reasons only of course. As a demo-man I have never done one yet and it be interesting to pick up on the atmosphere. Do you know who the demo man on that night is? Is it Neville?

I don't know anything about the ladies night but I doubt they will be talking Triton!
As for the meeting on Wednesday it is supposed to be a Triton demonstration but the newletter says it is a new demonstrator - no name given.
I will email the newletter to you as soon as I have posted this.
