If you do a search in the Triton forum on "sled" or crosscut, you should find a thread from last year that talked quite extensively about sleds that fit over the table.
Sandy contributed to that one too - worth a look maybe.

I have just set up a web page with details of my sled.
http://www.users.bigpond.com/bob.jager/triton_sled.htm
Let me know if anything is not clear or if you require any further information.
Kind regards,
Bob J

Hello there,
Re the Triton Cross Cut Sled web page. I have had advice from Telstra that from the 30 September 2009 the Bigpond Webhosting facility I have been using will no longer be available. Interestingly I still get the odd request for the build details - about once every two months and from all over the world!, but as you would expect, it has been slowing down. Even though the web page will disappear, I can be contacted at [email protected]
Bob J
PS I will have a go at attaching the build details."We are continually faced by great opportunities brilliantly disguised as insoluble problems."

best wishes to all, Iknow this is the triton site and i am a triton owner ,but its seems machocistic to go to these lenghts to make a sled instead of 2 steps to the mitre saw, circular saw with protractor guide, or clamped straight edge on sheet material. but that may not be the point , regards , Ross

I think that is a great idea. It is on my list of things to do.
Well never ending list as when one item leave the list another item is added.

This is mine. It hangs on hooks on the rails on the right hand side of the Triton and the fence hangs on the left. I probably swap over a dozen times a day when I'm in the shed, takes a few seconds.
I'll get round to making a better version one day, but it works fine except that I wish I'd cut a sawdust groove. The rails are just jarrah strips..
There usually isn't so much sawdust around, but I was doing some cuts today where I had to remove the dust collector.Cheers, Glen
