Does anyone know the depth of cut for the Triton Circular Saw ? ( 90 & 45 degrees )
I cannot find the info in the brochure or website.

Hi Ben,
Sorry I can't recall.
In the table ripping the 90 degree is less than 70mm cause I wanted to stack and cut two 35mm but couldn't.
The measurements for both angles will be different in and out of the work centre.
In the work centre will be different depending on which sliding chasis and whether you have the height winder or not.
Anyone else?

30 minutes before I read your message I checked the depth of cut for my Triton circular saw with a fairly accurate depth gauge. Mounted upside down in the Workcentre it has a depth of cut of exactly 59 mm.

I agree! I also get 65mm with my Triton saw.
Sometimes I wish for 80 or even 100mm.
Maybe some day..........There are 2 versions of every story and 12 versions of every song.

Hmmm i only get 60mmm. The micro adjuster is wound out fully so thats not the problem.
I have the height adjuster fitted so would that make me lose the extra 5mm??

Hi Finnister,
Yes, I believe that is correct.
Check the height setting on the saw frame itself.

Doh! You're right Dazza - it's 65 mm. Thanks for the tip about the micro-adjuster.
