    Default Finally Dunnit

    This is on my second attempt. The first one I used wooden rails. This was a failure. I found these aluminium rails at Bunnings.

    The 5th cut is a little out and I still have a bit of work to do. I have lost my feeler gauge so will have to get another one

    Nice looking sled TT, you wont regret making it.

    I fitted a dowel to mine, which fits into the slot in the mk3 top. This acts as a positive stop for the forward position of the sled, as I found that if I went too far forward the saw came through the block on the back.

    I'm Looking forward to using it after fine tuning it. You can't see it well, but I have placed a small block to do the same thing. Now that I think about it, a dowel would have done a better job .
