I recently visited Australia on holiday and purchased some Triton equipment. I am pleased to report that although unfortunate in needing a replacement part, Triton responded to my email request within 24 hours and are posting a replacement part to my home address in the u.k.
I am sure this will give any u.k. customers who need support the confidence to purchase Triton equipment.woody U.K.

The replacement part was delivered airmail post 5 days after sending the email to Triton.
I don't think a european supplier could match that!!!woody U.K.
