GMC ,Brushes
G'Day,
I require a set of brushes for the electric motor on my GMC thicknesser, at the moment I have swapped the ones out of my GMC table saw but that is only a temp fix.
Ryobi thicknesser brushes will fit but as Bunnings are the distributer for Ryobi now and when I enquired about spare parts for ( My Ryobi ) thicknesser I was told that Ryobi do not supply spare parts except blades, Surley this is incorrect ?
I need some help and any ideas will be most appreciated.
Thanks Andrew

If its a 12 1/2" thicknesser, its probably the same as pretty much every other thicknesser of that size - for instance I think the Ozito, Carbatec, etc, etc, etc are all effectively the same machine, maybe you can get hold of brushes from Ozito or Carbatec?
For instance the Ryobi thicknesser - the 12 1/2" is the same as the carbatec

Its the same as the Ozito

The list goes on, so you could try these other companies for brushes?
There are probably others!
