    I have just noticed Deals Direct online are having a liquidation sale of GMC tools, some at half price.
    Now we know where they finished up.

    Most of the stuff on the website is cheaper at Mitre 10 in Hobart at the moment - especially the line trimmer, which is $29.

    hey does anyone know much about the bandsaw?
    its only $100 and its 9"
    I only want it to rough cut outlines on guitar bodies which are about 45mm thick.
    Would it be worth the money?

    I have the previous model and its flat out cutting anything above 12 mm.
