Hitachi C9 crapped itself. Which circular saw to get?
I bought the C9 second hand. perhaps that was a bad idea. Recommendations for a replacement?

I’ve had a Makita N5900B for over 30 years. Currently it is mounted as a table saw. It’s 2000W, 235mm diameter (9 1/4”) blade. It’s a beast! Around $279 new now.

I'm really surprised about saws lasting so long. I was ready to fork out for a new one for the warranty
