    Default home workshop layout

I have a 17ftx8ft garage space available which I use as my workshop. At the present time I have the full Triton set up (except the separate router stand).
I am comtemplating the purchase of a band saw and planer /Thicknesser.

Can members give me the benefit of their experience and suggest the best layout using above space. (I cannot imagine the bandsaw and planer being mobile)
    I naturally have a wooden workbench 6ftx2ft.

You could try the "EasyShop Shop Designer" program that you can download from this site.

This way you can try out different layouts without getting a hernia
