Default MOF001 Router not powering on

    Hi guys

I have a very (very) lightly used MOF001 router. Was using it to put a small roundover on some boards yesterday evening and it was working fine. Turned it off to go get something and came back 5 minutes later and it would not power on!

The light on the on/off switch is illuminated so there is power running to the machine but nothing happens when I flick the switch to "on"

    Any suggestions or help appreciated

    Thanks

    Tony

A couple of things I’d try.

Give the speed control a dozen or so winds from slow to fast and back again.

With the router not plugged in, rotate the armature a bit by hand then plug in and retry.

Check to see if you have a sticking brush.
