Newbie finally sticks head to say Gday
Thought that after ages of just being a drop in , I thought I'd better say G'day.
Fantastic site great read , hope to eventually give input.
After years of having to work in the steel and engineering trades I've finally been able to build a decent shed and of course put some triton gear in it.
Always wanted to do woodwork but when looking for a job at 15 was offered an apprenticeship as a fitter and turner , no regrets it taught me heaps.
Ive also learned that you cant put it back on wood like you can on steel.
My little arsenal of triton includes a series 2000 work centre with triton saw
and height winder kit.
Sliding extension table
Bevel ripping guide
Triton router ,router table, biscuit jointer and finger jointer.
Planer attachment.
SWMBO dreads the words I'm going up to bunnings or round the corner to carbatec.
Think my name should be tool junkie

Hey John, looks like you have all the toys! So what you gonna build first? Something for the war office would be wise.
Having a look at your pics more closely and I noticed that you also have one of those soft spongy bottle holders sitting on your router table. Weird, me too )
Anyway, welcome!Cheers

A dirty sawbench = +1 point
A clean shed = -1 point
A bed in the shed = +10 points
Hmm. The fridge may be out of view, so can't score that one.
Welcome to the nuthouse.Chris

Glad to have you. A bed in the shed begs a question I can't ask.
Cheers,

Welcome John...
And there is nothing wrong with having a bed in the shed.. It means that you can have your cake and eat it too.. haha

Thanks for the welcome, the beds are where we sleep on weekends as we are also having
a house built on the block. The stubby holder is the camera case as I don't use a stubby holder as my drinks don't last long enough to get hot.
But I don't drink and drive my machinery drinks happen after the driving.
