Router Table problems
I have a Triton Router fitted to the Triton Router Table. I was moulding an edge of pine when I noticed how uneven the cut was. On closer inspection it looked like the Router plate wasnt level. If I place a straight edge along the top of the Router Table (from one edge to the other) I can see daylight between the straight edge and router plate. It is gradual dip from the edge of the router plate to the centre of the plate, near the cutter (if that makes sense) and then back up again, like a dip in the middle. I cannot understand why it is like this. Granted I havent used the Router table for a while but the last time I used it, it was fine. Any ideas???

I don't know whether this directly addresses your situation, but here's a post I did a few years back to a similar question.
"I would start with adjusting the Router Plate (RTA320). This is done by carefully trimming down the red plastic piece that sits on the rail (this is part #12 in the exploded drawing http://www.triton.net.au/images/spares/RTA300.pdf, but not identified as a separate item.
This will lower the plate and should, or course also lower the the insert rings. If the relationship between the insert rings and router plate is incorrect, I suppose the only way to rectify this is, as you suggest, by sanding down these inserts. But you may find that lowering the whole plate suffices."
