Unfortunatlly you need to get a proper dust collecter, the triton one aint up to the job, 'specialy if you do a lot of cutting.

Lad....
Are you running dust collection from both the top and off the router (if you are using a Triton router that is) and check the filter screen in the bucket lid??
Also use the smallest table insert possible for the size of bit you are cutting with, this eliminates as much as possible from falling back down into the shrouded part of the router, and possibly cloging it.
Another small hint, try not to cut or mill too much in one pass, this lessens the waste and allows the dust extraction to do its job.
Most of the demos I have seen run by Triton use their dust extractor, and usually powered by some cheap as chips vacuum, and they seem to work quite well (considering the cost).
Just one question... how are you using the workcentre dust bag, on the router table/stand??

Ozwinner, how have you got your DC set up with the router table? I just bought a 2HP jobie which moves heaps of air through the 4" pipe but reduced to the crappy 1.5" of the Triton its little better if any at all than the vacum cleaner.

Hi David
I got a 45 degree 100mm plastic sewer elbow and butchered it.
I had a simulaur set up on the old table as well.
It is only used when moulding etc, when I route with a bearing bit, I just jamb the hose in underneath the table.
Nothing fancy here,
Heres one I prepared earlier.
Cheers, Allan

Thanks Alan, I will give it a go. Do you have the WC as well and have you done something similar?

Hi David
I did have the Wc but I couldnt come up with anything, apart from jambing the hose into the dust collecter bag on the bottom.
Ive since upgraded to a 12'' table saw, so the dust thing is almost eliminated........like i said..............almost.
Cheers, Allan

I've just completed my DC connection for the router table and I've made mine so that I could use it in the fence or directly on the router table.
This pic shows it connected to the fence.
