    Post Sanding disc

    Hi all
Just wondering if the sanding disc for the Triton saw is worth purchasing? or would the money be better off put to a good quality sander

    Thanks

    Exclamation

Finnster, I have a snading disk for my triton saw, I use it from time to time, and find it does a good job for me.

I try and do new things twice.. the first time to see if I can do it.. the second time to see if I like it

    Cool

I'd also say the sanding disk is worthwhile, but I have done away with the need of removing the blade whenever I want to use it.

Before I was able to afford a saw, let alone the Triton Workcentre, I was making a fence, and had a lot of cuts to do. Instead of hiring a saw, I bought a GMC worktable for $99. It did the job required, then looked to be wasted in the corner once I got the Triton. However, it fits the large diameter sanding disk (with minor modifications), and I now have the luxury of not only having the table saw at hand whenever I need it, I can turn around and use the sanding disk whenever, without having to change blades.
