Loctite is good, but it all depends on WHERE the screws are, and how often you are likely to want them undone.

in places where they are important to stay done up, (like in the saw) loctite is the way to.

Ahhhhaaaaa, no I know why my wife keeps on putting Loctite on me.

If you think you will ever need to undo nuts, use the cheapest 'superglue' you can find - the $2 for a card of tubes type - its a lot weaker than the good Loctite stuff.

Or if you have some, use a drop of Linseed oil on the threads, it will go 'gooey' and stop the nut moving but will be easier to loosen.

What is vibrating. If you are talking about the saw table and the nuts are vibrating loose, I think you should give your saw a once over to see why you are getting vibration.

Check for things like excessive arbor float.
Check the bearings in the saw for excessive movement or wear.
Check the blade is in balance. i.e. that you haven't knocked off a few tungsten carbide tips off the blade.

Something is amiss somewhere if your table is vibrating to that extent.

Also try a full alignment check.
