Default Anyone know for sure if Tool Spares OnLine is still open for business or not?

Ordered a few parts on Tuesday.
On the order confirmation I see a note stating they are closed and will NOT be sending my order.

Today, two days later, I wanted to see if they have charged my credit card. Not yet.
I messaged them directly asking them to confirm one way or another.
And see that the note is no longer on any of their web pages that I can see.

I also see their facebook account is not available.

Anyone know for sure one way or the other?
    No speculation necessary.

I can't say for ToolSpare Online, but I recently ordered through Tool Spare Parts (a division of United Tools), and other than postage being what it is at the moment, there was no problem.

How recent? If I might be so bold to ask.
Not sure if the same company or not.

    ===========

Tool Spares Online CC transaction via sagepay confirmed.
Asked TSO again to confirm order and intention.
    No response so far.
TSO Facebook still not available so far.
I have to post, I don't appreciate their reluctance to respond so far.
as I don't want to order form another company in case of duplication.
    Thanks,

It was either late April or early May I ordered from them.
They are seperate companies, which I confirmed before responding earlier to make sure I gave you the correct info.

I've just received my order from them but it took two months to ship.
Not replying to emails and not updating order status. Worst service ever.

That’s odd if we are talking about the same company that sell Triton spares. I have never had any problems with orders from them but then again I haven’t ordered this year.
My son lives in the UK and says things are real hit and miss regarding deliveries and indeed ordering due to the lock down.

Not sure what you expect with the almost total disruption to international flights, hence air freight and also traditional shipping due to the COVID 19 pandemic lock downs etc. Getting any international orders in a "timely manner" is pretty much impossible.

There are disruptions but it's far from impossible. My Amazon orders from the US are only taking about a week long than usual. Just had some more Bessey clamps arrive this morning.

Location, location, location, ... all depends upon volumes of parcels, from where, and availability of cargo only flights. No room for "cheap postage" items.

I have no problems once parcel is shipped but as I said zero response to my queries.

    Credit card transaction confirmed.
    No reply to eMails.
    Not even automated confirmation.
    Nothing.

    Order received today.
Still no communication other than CC transaction.

    Happy I got my order.
    Around 10 calendar days.

Looks like they are back in action.
    Thanks,
