Just a little. I paid $75 including shipping. Not enough to break the bank if I would have bought it on ebay.$96 is not too much given the state of Triton spares. The bloke - Routerchuck has given excellent service

I have fitted the new speed controller and all is OK. Did a quick test as I also filled the new style chuck and collet. Everything tested OK.
