    Default Triple Cut Saw Blade

I've just recently fitted the triple cut blade to my triton saw. Initially I bought it because I was cutting a lot of melamine chipboard & wanted to minimise chipping - very impressed, hardly any chipping.

I've just made some test rep cuts of some hardwood, & after a bit of practice in slowing down the feed rate, I get some slight saw blade marks on the cut on the fence side - these were easily smoothed out using some 120 grit sand paper.

Is this what I would expect to get pr should I get and absolute smooth finish??

Try undercutting your rip by 1-2mm, then do a finishing cut to the right size. This should improve overall finish. I guess it is just a spinning saw blade, and your fiddleing with feed rates is the best way to experiment.

    Best of luck

Is your triple cut blade is also from triton. Did you tri on big boards like 2.4m X 1.2m?

Sorry if this is the obvious but is it your blade out of alignment? Does a piece go through without any noticeable resawing as it exits the blade?
