Triton 2000 Routing guide special function :)
Greetings, Gentlemen,
I will endeavour to post a photo or two as attachments to this posting for the enlightenment/amusement of members.
The project involved machining a double-stepped planar recess in the curved wooden framework of my Bedford bus ceiling to accomodate the surround frame of skylight/roof-vents.
The recess was needed because the sskylight frame was flat and also because of the limited headroom in what was built as a schoolbus.
I needed a sliding guide to run the router along the four sides of the rectangular recess and since I own a Triton Router cradle, and having no time to make brackets to hold the rails, I used the whole table.
What a wonderful router guide, but what are those four black posts on the top for ?

I would say that this would most likely not meet safety standards. But we are a weird lot.
Not sure if I would have done that.

Would be a bugger to push the bus over the table though
