If I was he Id refuse point blank to have anything to do with you. Ive run my own successful businesses for many years and No.1 rule is the customer is not always right nor do they have the right to abuse me or my staff. I'll glady show the likes of you the door and the toe of my boot.
If you dont like his service go elsewhere, if you cant get parts tough s**t

sorry but when you have a full time job working 10 hours a day trying to help you Tritonites after hours is very consuming. If it took 2 months that was because I am working all day and then trying to do this thing at night.

I have now sorted everything and can answer queries quickly.

If this is no good for you then perhaps you should have considered buying the Triton stuff like I did so that you could deal with the 100's of queries quickly.

Im sorry it took so long........but I guess its better than having nothing at all?

I understand your position, but reading all your old posts they tended to indicate that it would be a week or 2, as they kept mentioning this weekend, next weekend etc., much like the GMC takeover announcments that were happening "next week" for about 2 months earlier this year.

If Powder Monkey hadn't heard anything for 2 months, I think they have every reason to be a bit miffed.

yes and it turned out to be a bigger job than I could ever imagine, combined with my full time job being a lot busier meant the delay.

At the end of the day I would be thinking to myself......at least I can still get it.....which is alot better than what the other alternative was.

If powder monkey doesnt like then he doesnt have to deal with me, he can find someone else to sell him the Tritons spares - good luck with that!

Eagle, are the parts going onto the ebay site? Or are you selling them directly via email query?

    Hi Kerry,

Have a look at Carba-tech, they have several stick-on scales that may be adaptable.

David is OK and has quite a lot of spares and regularly ships to Australia. I think he is back from holiday next week. I've had various things from him.

    Cheers
