    Default GMC Wet Stone Sharpener

I have 2 GMC Wet Stone Sharpeners. After using one few times the gearbox melted - it is made of nylon. The motor still runs. The other one is doing fine sitting under my bench collecting dust. If you want, you can have them both for free to play with.
If you could get the Triton one, it is much better - almost exact copy of the Scheppach (no gearbox at all - gravity tensioned belt instead).

I have the wetstone sharpener and it is a rip-snorter. A copy of the Scheppach and it uses all the same attachments that the Tromek uses. In fact, you'll need to buy a Tormek stone grader, which will cost more than than the Triton.

Buy the sharpener. Well worth it. I paid $200.00 for mine and I reckon I got a great deal.
