    Default Triton saw carriage strange red things

    Hi Guys
    First poster. I have inherited a 2000 with the adjustable saw carriage thing. I have the saw set up OK but when I put the table top back on the saw carriage can still move around 3/4 centimetres. There doesn't seem to be anyway of locking it in place.
    The unit cam with two very unusual looking red clip things. They were attached to the round saw thing. I am trying to upload a couple of photos so they can be identified. Anyone help with these two questions would be much appreciated

    If it is the part shown here Tool Spares Online. CHASSIS HOOK FOR HEIGHT WINDER that goes on the round bar, and locates on the square rail under the work surface.

    Hi,
    I see you have had an answer as I was scanning but as I have done the instruction manual I will still post it as it gives more info. Step 6 and 8 are the ones that should help the most if I have understood your question.

    There's a red tab on the front of the carriage that locates in a slot cut into the table cross brace to stop the carriage from moving.
    I haven't had a Triton for a number of years but that is my recollection.
    Those were the droids I was looking for.
