Triton Mk3 Saw Table - Crosscut Fence
I bought a Triton Mk3 New Series a few years ago and have been really happy with its performance to date. I mainly use the saw table attachment for ripping. I also have a newer Triton 2000 router table which also fits the Mk3 chassis nicely.
One deficiency however is the Mk3 saw table's lack of a workable crosscut fence, mainly due to the absence of mitre slots (it has pressed-metal slots, non-precision) on the saw table. OK, you can use the protractor, but this has limited applications and is not really a true crosscut fence.
I ended up making my own sliding crosscut fence using some 18mm plywood and a few custom 3D-printed parts (slot guides, slot limit, stop and lock knob). The fence works like a dream and is fairly accurate, _almost_ on par with the Triton 2000 workstation (which has real mitre slots).
See photos for details. Happy to share drawings and STL files on request.

Sure, I'll post the plans and STL in the next week ok. There are only five 3D-printed parts (RHS slot guide, LHS slot guide, slot stop, fence stop, knob). In total took about 24 hrs to print, cost a sum total of AUD $15 in materials (ABS/PLA plastic).

Many thanks for posting the plans - very helpful. I'll share them with my son-in-law (who has inherited my Mk3).
