    Default Triton MOF001 Routers

G'day. I bought 2 of the Triton MOF001 Routers today (259 bucks each) and have mounted them in my shop made router bench. Now I need a couple of big red power switches. They look good hangin upside down side by side.Be interesting to see how efficient the chip chutes are when connected to the shop vac. Also bought a couple Triton buckets to convert to cyclones when I can find 3 plastic funnels big enough. Can't seem to get them anywhere down here.
    Cheers

Hi Sheddy, you can make your own funnel if you want. To the exact size you need.

If you can get hold of some thin polycarbonate it works well..

If you are interested I will find the formula to make it for you.

    Regards

    Neil.

Yes thanks Neil. That'd be great.

I actually found a couple at Repco this morning but they have ridges inside them so will probably be less effective.

    Ahhhh found it, here.http://www.red-bag.com/engintools/calccone.php

When laying out the outline, don't forget to allow enough extra length to allow an overlap to glue the ends together.
