    Default Triton Powered Respirator

I have a triton Powered respirator. The motor runs unevenly, stops and sometimes restarts. The batteries are charged and if I fiddle with one of the electrical connections to a round structure between the two batteries the motor restarts. Is there anywhere I can take the unit to have it checked out?

Try resoldering wire joints as an easy first step.
If you post a couple of photos we may be able to identify the component.

Good suggestion about the soldering but also check the wires contuinuity with a multimeter. Wires could be near broken or shorting.

Thanks. I think I have identified the connection that is faulty. Now all I have to do is work out how to take the unit apart to get to it.
