Bevel Ripping on Triton Work centre
Damian,
The Triton bevel ripping jig seems to be limited to cutting close to the edge of the board - I haven't tried one, so maybe someone can correct me on this.
An alternative approach for the Mark III Work centre might be to make a laminate-covered MDF table top with a slot for bevel ripping. This would replace the steel table, and would need to be well located on the frame. A perimeter timber frame sitting outside the work centre, to keep the MDF rigid from underneath, might be needed. Some blocks or stops would also be needed to stop the saw from sliding. Then there is the fence to consider, and a slot for the protractor.
This seems like a lot of work, and that is why I haven't tried it yet!
Has anyone else tried a similar approach, or can offer advice on this idea?

I doubt that you will find the adaptor for sale anywhere.
When the bevel ripping guide came in Triton used to exchange the arms that fitted the WC2000 (and came as part of the bevel ripping guide) for the adaptor to fit the MK3 for free. That's what I did and so if I sold the adaptor separately then the rest of the jig is useless.
I will be placing my bevel ripping guide including the required adaptor to fit the MK3 on the market when I feel physically fit again ( hopefully soon after my radiation treatment finishes - but at the moment getting it out from under the house and packing it up etc is too much effeort for me) but only as a complete package and I will not separate.
Peter.
