    Default Triton Router Guide Bushes

I'm looking for a 30mm outside diameter guide bush for the Triton router. The only thing I seem to find online is a 12 piece kit for $190.

I'm really not interested in spending that sort of money for copying bushes. Does anyone know of something I can use that will fit the Triton routers for a lot less outlay?

I have a Triton JOF and made a 10mm thick acrylic sub-base for it machined to fit standard Trend guide bushes These bushes are designed to fit straight into De-Walt/Elu machines. There are also lots of propriety sub-bases around.

Right, so my question is probably more, where can I find a bush adaptor that fits Triton routers? Without spending $200 for the Triton kit

i'd assume if i can't find one my only bet is to machine myself a sub-base...

    Try McJingMcJING Tools Online

    Go to “Template/inlay/ bushing guide.”

There you have the base plate for $15 (you will need to drill it to suit Triton but it’s easy) and the Bushing kit for $35.

I may be reading it wrongly but I don't see a 30mm guide bush in the bushing kit?

My apologises. I misread and thought the OP was after a 30mm mounting for the guide bush. For a 30mm guide bushing, buy the acrylic plate from McJing then buy a Trend 30mm guide bushing and fit it to the acrylic plate. Still under $50.

The OP could also buy a dedicated Trend base for the Triton

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Trend-Gb5-B.../dp/B0001P11R0

About $AU 65 and ships to OZ and the Trend 30mm guide bush with the above order or sourced locally.

Not sure if this is what your after, but worth a look.

Yx Tools & House Improvement Store - Small Orders Online Store, Hot Selling and more on Aliexpress.com

I bought 2 sets but found the Milescraft set and base suited me.
