Triton TRB001 - DVD
I purchased a new Triton TRB001 today and according to the manual supplied, the pack was supposed to include a DVD.
Carba-tec advise that the DVD has not been supplied for some years.
Does anyone have a copy of the DVD that they might be able to copy or sell?

Hey,
Take a look at the TRA001 video on youtube, its not the TRB001 but the only difference is the button on the handle - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfNG8kec7BE
Hope that helps

I apologise as that TRA001 is probably no help what so ever!

This router also has the much better collet system compared to the old TRA001.

I didn't get a DVD when I bought my TRB001 so I contacted Kinchrome who sent me one.
It wasn't really worth the postage as it's a sales/demo type presentation and has no useful instruction at all.
You're more than welcome to it if you want it.Geoff

TBH I would much prefer it if they just had the QR codes on the boxes so i could watch it on my iPhone and not worry about DVDs!

At the Carbatec store in Adelaide I was told that the DVD to be included in the box with the new router (TRA001B) is an idea that the new owners of Triton haven't managed to complete yet.
Apparently, the intention is to have the full operating manual (and maybe some video?) on a disc instead of a printed one. Unfortunately, the new routers have so far been distributed without the DVD and many early boxes (distributed from November last year) didn't have a printed operating manual either.
So Carbatec has made the manual available as a pdf on it's website (Triton® 2000w / 2.75hp Dual Mode Precision Router : CARBA-TEC) for anyone who missed out (it's also on the Triton website). (Note that the images on the Carbatec page are of the old router - TRA001).
I haven't seen any official instructional vision of the new router yet.

Thanks
Thanks guys for all the responses.
I have used a TRA001 for some years in my router table, so if there is not too much difference, I may be able to cope.
I plan to use the TRB001 also in a table, not hand held.
The collet is similar to my Makita, so I should be able to handle that...James,
