Triton WC and other gear wanted in Perth
Hey folks,
does anyone know of a Triton workcentre 2000 for sale in or near Perth. I'm fairly new to the game and am also needing to get a few of the basic tools and the like (eg, circular saw, router). My shed is only 6m x 3m, so I don't have room for a lot of gear.
I want to redesign my kitchen, so I might be looking for advice in these forums.

Hi John,
I have a Triton 2000 with the upgraded saw chassis, Triton 235mm saw, height winder kit, wheel kit, dustbag and mini sliding table (and the manuals to go with them). Let me know if this is what your after.

You beaut! I'm now the proud owner of a Triton WC2000 and Triton 235mm saw.
Thanks Wayne. I'm sure I'll be asking a few questions of you and others in these forums. My main goal is to fit-out our kitchen with nice modern-looking cabinets and benchtops. On the way there I'll need a router and a router table, so I'll have to read what others in here have done.
...now which end of this WC2000 is up...

Greetings Perthites reading this post.
I too in Perth and in the same boat as you John, but have just acquired a Mk3 for nix - bit rusty, but can fix that. I'm looking for bits that bolt onto the Mk3 series that people may want to offload. I already have an angle cut thingamy and a circular saw.
Looking for a sliding table first and what have you after that....
Let me know...DC

Hmm,
I have an extension table for the MK3 in the shed, a little worse for wear but was going to throw it out, so if anyone wants it give me a PM.
Also a router plate, the one that fits into the MK 3 main cabinet instead of the saw top. Now I have a Router table it is not needed.
Cheers

It is only the table top that fits the MK3 workcentre. I had it perm set up as a router table. No idea if it fits the 2000.

For future reference, these people sometimes sell second hand Triton gear (located in Landsdale, Perth).

Thanks Mike, I once did some work for Bills and had a bad experience trying to get paid. I suppose I may still keep an eye on them though, it would great to get a bargain from that guy.
