    Default Wanted: Triton Workcentre Legs

My Uncle recently moved house to the Blue Mountains and as sometimes happens, items have gone missing. He has a Triton Workcentre (apologies, I do not know the model #) which now requires legs! Obviously his prized workcentre is not much use without them.

Anyone with a spare set of legs you are willing to sell or you can advise where to get them? I know he has tried calling Carbatec in Sydney a few times and although they were polite and said they would check, they didn't bother returning his calls.

    Any help would be appreciated.

You dont need legs if you build yourself a mobile cabinet, not hard to do.

If it is a Mk3 they actually came without the legs and were an option (Mk3 is very square in shape and the the ends are vertical. I'd guess that this iis the model he has. It can be used sitting on a bench, the floor or as suggested make a stand. Don't need much more than a box to sit on, then add some shelves and doors and drawers and maybe some locking casters and .......

The 2000 has sloping end pieces and the legs are permanently attached and just fold up.

    G'Day "timwilk", <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
I purchase a whole leg and base unit for the triton mark 3 to use as a permanent setup for the router off eBay for only $30.
It looks secondhand but has done the job.
I'm in the Lower Blue Mountains so can offer assistance to collect something with your uncle [not too far away that is!!] if you find something on eBay; that's if one of the blokes in the forum can't help.
    Cheers, Crowie<o></o>
