TROS Triton orbital sander
Anyone using the random orbital sander got any opinions on it ? Need to sand a hardwood bench top and polish same.

Very good for rough stuff but very hard on the hands - vibrations. I became a big sook and got the gently operating Makita and gave the triton to my son. he has got some good work out of it smoothing down rough boards.

I found that with the angle-grinder attachment, but the TROS ran pretty smoothly as far as I could tell - haven't experienced the Makita (or Festool) to perhaps know better.
