    Of course if you choose to have it shipped the cheaper way via "land mail" (like to see them do that to Australia ) they normally quote 10-12 weeks.

    I have just contacted amazon to find out what is happening with the order.

    They have not advised me of a delay as yet, I will let know what the respone is from them.

    I will think twice next time when I need to buy a book through Amazon.

    I just received my copy from Amazon today. Ordered on 2nd of Oct so it took 2 weeks. They said estimated time was between 20th and 27th so I'm very happy & surprised. Great book too.
